●Mixed transport: 2-seater sedan, 3-6 people in 9-seater wagon, 7-12 people in 20-seater mid-size bus, 13+ people in 43-seater large bus●Child use conditions: Children under 4 years old or weighing less than 18kg must use a child seat. If you bring your own, the first one is free, but there is a rental fee for the second one and onwards. (NT$500 per seat)

● Guide and car will be provided only on the first day. On the second day, you will have to travel on your own.

If you wish to leave the group, please inform the guide on the day and have them sign the leaving form. Please note that there will be no change in the tour price as this is a request to leave the group at your own convenience.
●Meals and seats are not included for infants (2 years old and under).
Please bring water, an umbrella, any medications you require depending on your personal circumstances, sunscreen products, and a towel to use after the foot bath.
●In order to protect the quality of the travel tour and the participation rights of other customers, please do not bring a bet when joining the tour.
●You will be required to take out travel liability insurance of 2 million NTD + medical insurance of 200,000 NTD, travel accident insurance of 2 million NTD + medical insurance of 200,000 NTD. Please let us know the necessary information when making your reservation. *The amount is included in the price.
●Tour schedules may be changed or canceled due to weather, traffic conditions, etc.
Please note that in principle, we will not refund the tour price or other damages and expenses incurred if the tour schedule is changed or canceled due to natural disasters including typhoons, natural disasters, war, riots, etc., or if you are unable to participate due to flight cancellations or delays.
*You will not be able to join the tour on the day of your arrival in Taiwan.
●Depending on the date of your reservation, we may not be able to respond to your reservation confirmation until after weekends, Taiwanese public holidays, Lunar New Year holidays, etc.
●Please note that the order of sightseeing may be changed depending on the situation on the day.

- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
