If you wish to leave the group, please inform the guide on the day and have them sign the leaving form. Please note that there will be no change in the tour price as this is a request to leave the group at your own convenience.
āMeals and seats are not included for infants (2 years old and under).
Please bring water, an umbrella, any medications you require depending on your personal circumstances, sunscreen products, and a towel to use after the foot bath.
āIn order to protect the quality of the travel tour and the participation rights of other customers, please do not bring a bet when joining the tour.
āYou will be required to take out travel liability insurance of 2 million NTD + medical insurance of 200,000 NTD, travel accident insurance of 2 million NTD + medical insurance of 200,000 NTD. Please let us know the necessary information when making your reservation. *The amount is included in the price.
āTour schedules may be changed or canceled due to weather, traffic conditions, etc.
Please note that in principle, we will not refund the tour price or other damages and expenses incurred if the tour schedule is changed or canceled due to natural disasters including typhoons, natural disasters, war, riots, etc., or if you are unable to participate due to flight cancellations or delays.
*You will not be able to join the tour on the day of your arrival in Taiwan.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0ā0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
