**Redemption Process:**

1. Existing AIRSIM users: Go to the online redemption page , fill in the redemption code (10 letters), name, phone number and email address, and enter your existing AIRSIM account (10 digits). HK$20 stored value will be deposited into the designated account within 30 days.

2. New AIRSIM users: Go to the online redemption page , fill in the redemption code (10 letters), your personal contact information, and mailing address. An AIRSIM card (containing HK$20 of stored value) will be mailed to you within 5 working days. Hong Kong postal delivery takes approximately 5 working days. You can also choose to collect the card in person at the AIRSIM Causeway Bay Service Center or the AIRSIM Sha Tin Shek Mun Office. You can pick up the card after submitting your application.

AIRSIM Borderless Internet Card Regulations and Details:

• Each registered and valid email address, phone number, and AIRSIM account can only claim the reward once (i.e., the HK$20 stored value can only be claimed once). Duplicate applications will not be accepted. Temporary, disposable, or one-time email addresses will not be accepted, and related applications will not be processed.
• Failure to claim the item by September 30, 2026 will be considered a waiver, and no further compensation or reissue will be provided.
• Customers who choose to receive an AIRSIM card should download and register the AIRSIM App and AIRTALK App before December 31, 2026 to receive HK$20 in prepaid credit. The AIRSIM account will be valid for one year upon initial registration on the AIRSIM App. Each time a data plan is purchased or a top-up is made, the validity period will automatically extend by one year.
• Existing customers who choose to receive HK$20 in AIRSIM stored value must use the amount before their AIRSIM account expires, otherwise the value will be forfeited.
