Steps after securing your Disney Cruise:

• Not all features of the 'Disney Cruise Line Navigator App' or 'The Disney Cruise Line Website' are available for sailings more than 75 days in advance. 

• Manage your reservation via the 'Disney Cruise Line Navigator App' or 'The Disney Cruise Line Website' (Using the email associated with your KKday reservation) Download the 'Disney Cruise Line Navigator App' via App Store or Google Play Store. 

• Watch a video to discover how to manage your reservation before leaving home

• Watch a video to learn how to make your onboard experience even more magical with the app

• Gratuities are not collected in advance. After boarding, gratuities will be automatically charged by Disney Cruise Line and settled onboard.

Cancellation Policy

  • Las reservas confirmadas bajo la promoción de hotel no son elegibles para reembolso, cancelación, aplazamiento, cambio ni transferencia a otra persona.
