ホワイトサンズホテルとお迎え先にも記載、バウチャーにも日本語で記載されているのに 英語でピックアップ場所はヒルトンですと言われ 結果、ツアーに参加できませんでした 45分待ちました。 予約確定にも時間かかるし、対応も遅いし、返金はなく。 ツアーを毎日予約しているので、毎日どこにピックアップかは、開いたところと、バウチャーしか見ないです。 予約完了前にやり取りしていましたが、「ではバウチャーお送りします」と言われて送られて記載されてるのはホワイトサンズホテル。 太文字で書かれてたら当日はそちらに行きます。 初めからピックアップ場所もバウチャーもヒルトンて書いてあったらそっちに時間通りに行ったのに。 一回も非を認めない最低な会社です。 二度と利用しないとお伝えしました。これも消されるんでしょうけど

申込時、ジュラシックパーク映画撮影場所のツアーと迷いました。 約80分くらいのジープでのツアー、英語のガイド案内、最初の見学（下車）神聖な場所の説明がやたらに長かったです‼️ もっとジャングルの奥地まで行って欲しかったと感じました。 次回は映画撮影場所の見学にしようと思いました。

I recently joined Extranomical Tours for a full-day trip to Yosemite, and it was an incredible experience. Our tour guide, Andy Howse, was truly exceptional. From the early morning pickup at 5:30 AM to the late finish around 9 PM, Andy consistently impressed us with his knowledge, enthusiasm, and dedication. Driving, sharing fascinating insights about Yosemite, and keeping the group entertained throughout the long day was no easy feat, yet he handled it all with grace and professionalism. Andy's passion for Yosemite was evident in every interaction. He went above and beyond, assisting us with photos at stunning viewpoints and even dedicating his own lunch break to guiding us around. This was a demanding tour, but Andy made it an unforgettable journey. I highly recommend this tour especially if you have the opportunity to experience it with Andy Howse as your guide.

The guides I met were very kind and you can see that they really love this island. And the schedule was just right on time that you can enjoy every activity without being nervous about time. It’s a beautiful place, let’s protect here :)

잘 보존되고 관리된 영화촬영지 투어 즐거웠습니다! 열일하시는 가이드님 덕분에 더욱 의미있는 시간이었고 다만 모든 언어는 영어라 그부분이 조금 아쉬웠어요 감사했습니다 !!

週五團，團員約3-40人幾乎大巴車上全滿，導遊Juliana 年輕幽默風趣。車程雖然長，但是在大峽谷的3個小時完全值得，景色真的太壯闊了。 以這個價格加上有附簡單好吃的午餐來說非常值得推薦！ ps.唯一要注意的是一開始勾選在Excalibur 集合上車後竟然是跟其他團的一起坐一小段路，然後再到Treasure island 換車，過程有點混亂，如果英文不好的人可能會很慌。

별똥별도 보고 운이 너무 좋아질것같애요. 날씨가 조금 흐렸지만 가이드분의 재치와 말쏨씨가 너무 좋으셔서 기분이 좋았어요!!
