We enjoyed the day at Trans Studio Bali immensely! Kids were occupied with rides and shows from opening till closing. Rides were pretty thrilling and not too extreme for 10/9 yo girls. there were magnificent shows every 2-3 hours and conveniently placed within the small food court area so that was nice. we had drinks and small bites while watching show. We like that there were plenty of seating area everywhere in the park. Q were generally OK for any rides. would definitely recommend a day here!

ウルワツのケチャックダンスは３回見たので、メラスティビーチに行ってみました。 事前にアプリから必要な枚数のチケットを購入し、バウチャーを受け取りそれを受付で見せるだけだったのでとても便利で使いやすかったです。 事前に購入したことによりその日の開催の席は確保できたことになるので当日も時間通りに行けばいいという点も安心でした。 ケチャックダンスの内容はウルワツとはまた違った演出でとても面白かったです。 ぜひ両方見比べてみてください。

他で前売り券を購入するよりかなりのお値引きがあり、お得に入場できました。ありがとうございました！美術館は静かでゆっくり鑑賞できました。

排隊換票大排長龍，輪到我時，確查無此廠商，不給我兌換。我又排另一個票亭，也是同一個結果。最後是我的當地司機幫我聯絡KKDay配合的Bali當地供應商，又再等了20分鐘才弄出一張當地供應商的購買證明，才終於可以換票。我看到底供應商的證明上我的名字拼音是漢拼X=hs. 不知道是不是那個問題。不過我的KkDay名字是英文的，不懂為何出現X 的漢拼。中途有致電Kkday, 客服服務很好，但是當下緩不濟急,所以實質幫助不大。希望KKday 可以改善一下這個票的兌換問題。否則真心讓人心累。

There were many agents holding various signs standing around the ticket counter, so I was expecting to find one holding kkday sign. It didn't help when the contact person sent a picture with a sign by kkday's competitor.

we really enjoyed waterbom for many reasons- 1. the layout of the water theme park was safe, easy to walk around and many interesting restaurants and gift shop! 2. the rides were really fun and thrilling! the ques were a decent timing and we did not wait for more than 30mins for the longest ride! 3. we tried a few restaurants and the food court was equally tasty as well! must try! 4. the service from the crew was excellent, they spoke good English and were very friendly (:
