Bernie the tour guide is fabulous & explained everything in an interesting way. The itinerary is well planned & can suit different types of people.

1. 上車後，導遊不斷推銷上山的纜車票。我們已多次明確告知，該纜車票已包含在我們購買的行程中，並用手機出示訂單及透過翻譯軟體強調說明。 2. 然而，導遊無視我們的解釋，直接斷言我們「沒有購買」，導致我們在上山途中被迫忙於聯繫客服確認，過程中心生焦慮，更因無法休息而暈車不適。 3. 直至導遊繞了一圈再次推銷時，我們重申行程已包含纜車票，她才停止推銷，並突然改口稱：「有，你們的有包括。」 我們認為這種行為不太像第一次發生，並且已經嚴重影響到我們旅遊的心情及造成暈車不適。
