As the Ngong Ping Cable Car needs to undergo maintenance from time to time, the schedule is subject to official announcement. If passengers happen to encounter the cable car during irregular maintenance, they can choose to reschedule or cancel the trip for a refund.
If the itinerary is changed due to traffic conditions, no further notice will be given.
Infants aged 0-2 are free; children's tickets are applicable to children aged 3-11 and must be accompanied by an adult aged 15 or above.
The number of places is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
All exchange vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, and are only valid on the day of the stamped tour.
Guests must present their "Tai O Boat Tour" ticket voucher to board the boat at the designated location in Tai O. If the Tai O Boat Tour is unavailable for any reason, the ticket exchange voucher can be used as HK$20 cash at the Ngong Ping 360 Gift Shop.
The person who booked the ticket must also be the ticket user. Please show valid ID for verification when using the ticket

The tour departure time will not be changed due to late arrival of individual guests, and no refund will be given to guests who fail to arrive on time. If the guest decides to cancel the remaining trip before departure or during the trip, it will be deemed as automatic waiver and the fees paid will not be refunded. If transportation service is suspended due to weather or other reasons, the tour will be cancelled.
Guests are required to present the tour booking confirmation email issued by Ngong Ping 360 to the Ngong Ping 360 tour guide at the meeting point before joining the tour. If guests are unable to produce the confirmation email, they will not be able to join the tour.
A minimum of 6 guests is required for a guided tour. If there are insufficient registrations 2 days before the scheduled tour date, the tour will be cancelled. Affected guests will be notified of the cancellation and any fees paid will be refunded.
The “360 Lantau Discovery Tour (including lunch at Tai O Heritage Hotel)” includes a private tour bus, New Lantau Bus Pass, “Tai O Boat Tour” and lunch at Tai O Lookout, Tai O Heritage Hotel.
If the Tai O Boat Tour is unavailable for any reason, guests will receive a HK$20 cash voucher to be used at the Ngong Ping 360 Gift Shop.
