• The total travel distance must be under 300 km
• Children under the age of 6 are required by law to use a car seat; the first car seat is free of charge. Please notify us of the number of car seats needed in the "Remarks & Requests" section when booking (each child car seat occupies 1–1.5 passenger seats)
• Please provide your LINE ID or WeChat ID when placing the order
• Any itinerary beyond the booked package coverage may incur additional charges (e.g., trips to Narita)
• If ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) lanes are used on the day, the toll receipt cannot be provided on the day of travel
• Toll Fee: To Lake Kawaguchi via the Metropolitan Expressway, tolls cost around JPY 7,000–8,000. Visiting Gotemba Outlets may incur an additional toll of around JPY 1,000. For tolls to other destinations, please consult the driver on the day. The driver uses ETC lanes by default, for which electronic receipts cannot be issued on the spot. If a receipt is required, inform the driver before boarding; this increases the waiting time at the manual toll booth, and the cost may rise by JPY 2,000–3,000
• This service provides private transportation only and does not include tour guide services or commentary

Child Car Seat (2nd & Subsequent Seats)

The first child car seat is provided for free. For any subsequent seats, please pay JP¥2000 per seat to the driver on-site

Overtime Fee

Overtime charges apply if the total trip duration exceeds 10 hours: 6- and 9-seater vehicles are billed at JPY 5,000 per hour (with increments of 30 minutes or more rounded up to one full hour), while 13-seater and larger vehicles are billed at JPY 5,000 per 30 minutes (with increments of 15 minutes or more rounded up to 30 minutes). Please note that drivers will suggest return times based on live map navigation, and any overtime incurred due to traffic jams must still be paid. Additionally, for vehicles with 13 seats or more, departures prior to 8:00 AM will incur an early departure surcharge of JPY 10,000 per hour, which will be settled alongside any final overtime charges.

Mount Fuji 5th Station Ascent Fee

If your itinerary includes a stop at the Mt. Fuji 5th Station, an additional access fee applies (≈ JP¥2,060-4,700, depending on vehicle type).

Cross-district Service

If the pickup/drop-off location is outside Tokyo’s 23 wards, an inter-district service fee will apply (varies depending on location).
For stays in areas such as Hakone or Fuji, approximately 2 hours of driver travel time (round trip) will be deducted.
For medium vehicles of 13 seats or larger, the round-trip travel time is also about 2 hours, resulting in an effective usage time of 7 hours.
Please plan your itinerary using the reference routes provided. For mixed itineraries that cross different regions, additional inter-district service fees may apply.
Examples of mixed routes include:
Hakone area + Mt. Fuji area
Mt. Fuji area + Kamakura area
Hakone area + Yokohama area

Highway tolls to Mt. Fuji / Hakone (varies by vehicle type)

6- and 9-seaters: JPY 8,000–10,000; 13- and 18-seaters: JPY 10,000–16,000. Please note that actual costs vary depending on pick-up/drop-off addresses and highway usage; the above prices are for reference only.

Driver Overnight Fee (for multi-day charter service outside Tokyo)

For multi-day continuous charters outside Tokyo, an overnight driver fee of JPY 15,000 applies
