How to collect your Melon Music Awards ticket at the venue
Where you collect your ticket depends on your package. For the transportation card package:
Arrive at the KKday ticket booth at Gocheok Sky Dome any time from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Collect your ticket and transportation card there.
Join the entry queue starting at 4:00 PM.
Enter the dome and take your assigned seat.
With the K-Culture Tour package, you skip the booth because your guide hands you the ticket at the venue around 3:00 PM.
How to get to Gocheok Sky Dome for the Melon Music Awards
Take Line 1 to Guil Station and leave by Exit 2. The venue operator lists about 3 to 5 minutes on foot.
Traffic around the dome is heavy, and parking needs an advance reservation, so the subway is the practical choice.

If you are unable to arrive at the meeting point by the meeting time for any reason, including late arrival, cancellations, changes and refunds are not possible.
The shuttle bus runs from Anguk Station to the venue, and returns to Hongik Univ. Station and Myeongdong Station after the show. Hotel pick-up and drop-off are not provided.
The return shuttle may be a different vehicle from the one used on the way to the venue. Please take all your belongings with you when getting off.
Luggage cannot be stored on the bus.
Lunch during free time in Insadong is at your own expense.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
