Tour cancellation:

• We cancel tours if we determine that they cannot be held safely. Therefore, the timing of cancellation depends on the weather and sea conditions of the day, which may occur several days before, the day before, while you are heading to the site, after you have arrived at the meeting point, after arriving at the spot by boat, or during the tour. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize your safety.

Notes for participation:

• - We will check your health and medical history before participation on the day. Depending on your medical history or physical condition, we may refuse your participation. - Participation while under the influence of alcohol or hungover is not allowed. Drinking on the boat is also prohibited. - Those who refuse to wear a life jacket cannot participate. - Please change into your swimwear before arriving. - We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your valuables during the tour. Please manage your belongings at your own risk. - The duration may vary depending on the number of participants, weather, and sea conditions. - This tour enters the water from the beach. You will not board a boat. - There is an additional fee for using showers and changing rooms (100-200 JPY per person). You can use our facility or the facilities at Gorilla Chop. Our facility is about a 2-minute drive away. We provide free waterproof seat covers for customers using our facility.
