  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • Children under 15 are not accepted to travel alone and must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 22 or older throughout the trip.

  • Travelers aged 70 and above: Must confirm physical fitness for travel and provide a health certificate (electronic version accepted) before the trip. Must be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22 or older throughout the trip.

  • As some vehicles do not have luggage compartments, if you bring luggage without prior notice, the driver/guide reserves the right to refuse the luggage. You may store your luggage near the meeting point before joining the tour.

  • This tour does not include insurance. We strongly recommend that travelers purchase personal travel insurance to ensure their own health, safety, and property security.

  • New Zealand law requires children aged 7 and under to use a child seat. Travelers may bring their own or request to rent one from us for NZD 20 per seat/trip.
