1. Minors under 18 years old or children must be accompanied by an adult; unaccompanied minors or children are not permitted to join the tour. For safety reasons, pregnant travelers must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the trip.

2. Please ensure all information provided during booking is accurate and complete, including your name and a valid contact method (mobile phone is preferred for urgent notifications), to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. You are responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided.

3. There are no restaurants or fast food outlets at the attractions; please bring your own lunch.

4. During the actual trip, the guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the order of attractions, duration of stay, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the smooth operation of the itinerary.

5. If an attraction is temporarily closed and cannot be visited, the guide's arrangements on the day will prevail. Please understand that this is considered a force majeure event if it affects the itinerary.

6. Many attractions on this itinerary require participants to be in good basic health.

7. No refunds or compensation will be provided if you fail to participate in the tour or withdraw during the trip due to personal reasons (e.g., lack of travel documents, flight delays, lateness, illness, or accidents).

8. To ensure the tour proceeds as planned, travelers are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting times provided by the guide. The vehicle will depart without waiting if you are more than 10 minutes late.

9. The best time to visit Abraham Lake is from late December to February. Actual ice conditions may vary depending on the weather, and we cannot guarantee that you will see the famous frozen bubbles. No refunds or other compensation will be offered if they are not visible.

10. Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle during the tour.

11. Pets and animals are not allowed on the tour.

12. Please inform us in advance if you need to bring luggage. The guide will arrange vehicle space based on the amount of luggage, and a service fee will be charged.

13. Baby seats are available upon request. Please book in advance as there will be installation and cleaning fees. To avoid extra costs, we recommend bringing your own baby seat.

14. The driver-guide can provide service in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Please note any special requirements when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate them, subject to final availability.
