Which should you choose: Entrance Pass or Flexible Pass?
The Entrance Pass is a ticket with a designated entry time, making it easy to plan your visit as you arrive during your reserved time slot. The Flexible Pass has no designated entry time and is a ticket for guests aged 4 and above, allowing you to visit at any time on your selected date (last entry is 1 hour before closing). Both passes have no time limit once you enter, and you can explore at your own pace, with an average visit taking about 2 hours. We recommend the Entrance Pass if you want to plan your visit with a set time, and the Flexible Pass if you prefer to visit at your leisure.

- Operating Information -
- Opening hours are usually 08:30-21:00, but some days the facility closes at 17:00 or 22:00. Last admission is 1 hour before closing.
- Closed days are irregular. Opening hours and closed days may change as announced on the official website, so please check the latest information on the official website before your visit.
- Some artworks may not be available due to congestion or maintenance. Artworks and their specifications may change depending on the season.
- Exhibitions may be suspended or canceled at the organizer's discretion. Except in the case of temporary closure, tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances. We do not compensate for travel expenses or other costs incurred for your visit, even in the case of temporary closure.
- Admission Rules -
- Please arrive at the entrance at the time indicated on your ticket and join the admission line. You may have to wait to enter during busy periods. If you leave the admission line, please ensure a representative remains in the line.
- There is no time limit for your stay after admission. Re-entry is not permitted once you leave.
- Children (elementary school age and under) must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older. One guardian is required for every 5 children, including children admitted for free.
- Strollers are not allowed inside (please use the luggage storage area). Bringing in alcohol, food, items over 50 cm in length, hazardous materials, odorous items, fresh flowers, or drinks without a lid (other than plastic bottles or water bottles) is prohibited. Please use the free lockers.
- Animals are not allowed, with the exception of assistance dogs.
- Admission is not permitted if you are feeling unwell or are intoxicated. For safety reasons, some artworks cannot be experienced by pregnant visitors.
- Rules Inside the Facility -
- The facility is dark and has uneven flooring and low ceilings. Children, in particular, should be supervised by their guardians to ensure safety. For safety reasons, child harnesses may not be used.
- Due to the nature of the artworks, there are effects such as flashing lights, bright lights, loud sounds, and aromas.
- Some artworks have mirrored floors. If you are wearing a skirt, please use the wrap skirts available for rent near those artworks.
- Eating and drinking, including candy and gum, are prohibited inside the venue. Drinks may only be consumed in designated areas. To use EN TEA HOUSE, each person must order a drink (paid separately).
- Photography and video recording are permitted, but flash photography, the use of lighting equipment, bringing in or using photography support equipment over 30 cm in length (monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, etc.), and commercial photography or interviews without prior approval are prohibited.
- Wheelchairs and stretchers are permitted, but some artworks cannot be experienced for safety reasons, and you may have to wait due to limits on the number of wheelchairs allowed inside at one time. Please refrain from wearing items that may affect other visitors' experience, such as light-up shoes or light-up bracelets. Please follow the staff's instructions at all times.
- Ticket Usage and Age Requirements -
- The Entrance Pass requires a designated date and time, while the Flexible Pass requires a designated date (no specific entry time, last admission is 1 hour before closing). Cancellations or date/time changes are not permitted after purchase.
- Admission is free for children aged 3 and under. The Flexible Pass has a flat rate for ages 4 and above.
- Junior high and high school students will be asked to present their student ID at the entrance gate.
- Tickets for visitors with disabilities are available for the individual and up to 1 companion (includes disability certificates issued by any country and the Mirairo ID disability certificate app). Please enter together with your companion as we will verify the certificate at the entrance gate.
- Depending on the ticket type, you may be asked to present identification (driver's license, health insurance card, student ID, passport, My Number Card, etc.) to verify your age or student status. If you cannot present identification, you may be required to pay the price difference or be denied admission.
- Resale of tickets is prohibited, and tickets purchased through resale will not be accepted for admission. Guides, group leaders, and tour leaders for groups or tours must purchase a ticket regardless of their qualifications.
