Before Your Lesson Please arrive 30–60 minutes before your scheduled lesson to allow time to change clothing, fit rental equipment, and purchase lift passes. Families and larger groups may need extra preparation time. Be fully dressed and equipped before the lesson begins. Meeting Point Enter the Ski House and meet your instructor in front of the equipment rental counter, as shown in the photo.

Purchase Notice
- Insurance deductible: In the event of an insured accident or insurance claim, a deductible of KRW 300,000 applies.
- Compensation: The insurance company determines the compensation amount based on the degree of fault and liability of the parties involved.
- Insurance claim assistance: In the event of an accident, SKIDIEM will assist with submitting the insurance claim.
- Scope of assistance: To maintain fairness and neutrality, SKIDIEM does not participate in communications, negotiations, mediation, or disputes between customers and the insurance company.
- Minimum age: Children under the age of 6 cannot participate in lessons.
- Children aged 6–7: Participation is limited to 1:1 private lessons.
- Late arrival: If you arrive late due to personal reasons, your lesson will still end at its originally scheduled time. No additional lesson time will be provided.
