  • Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Upper-deck seating is not guaranteed.
  • Commentary is provided by a live English-speaking guide.
  • San Francisco evenings can be chilly, particularly on an open-top bus. Dress warmly and consider bringing a jacket.
  • Present your mobile voucher to Big Bus staff at the departure location.
  • Holiday displays and illuminated landmarks may vary depending on the date and local conditions.

Reminders

  • Please arrive at the designated location 30 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • No pets are allowed on board the bus, except ADA service animals

  • Our entire fleet of buses are wheelchair accessible on the lower deck

  • Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
