- When booking, please enter the names of all participants in English as they appear on their passports.
After your booking request is received, we will check the real-time golf course tee time availability to finalize your booking. The process will proceed as follows:

👉 The golf course and tee time will be finalized, and cancellation fees will apply according to the golf course's policy as follows.

🔵 If your selected golf tee time is unavailable
👉 We will contact you via text message or notification to suggest alternative available tee times.
👉 If you wish to use the alternative tee time provided, please confirm within 10 minutes.
(Due to real-time booking, confirmation after 10 minutes may not be possible.)
👉 Once you confirm the alternative tee time, the booking will be finalized, and cancellation fees will apply thereafter.
(If you do not wish to proceed, please request a cancellation. It will be canceled without any cancellation fees.)

⊙ Golf courses generally continue play even in rainy weather.
⊙ Most rain is squall-like, and play usually resumes after a short break. Therefore, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not available.

Reminders
A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 5 day(s) before the departure date
