Internet usage is subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). If traffic spikes due to excessive usage in a short period, the carrier reserves the right to restrict usage, which may result in temporary speed reduction or disconnection. We recommend turning off automatic app updates and video autoplay on your phone.
To ensure fair mobile network service for all users at all times, every carrier has its own Fair Usage Policy to monitor network traffic. When a user consumes excessive data in a busy area within a short period, causing other users to be unable to use the service normally, the carrier may impose temporary speed restrictions. We cannot intervene in this, and your mobile network may be temporarily affected. To ensure normal usage, please try to avoid long-term video streaming or using tools that consume large amounts of data, such as software updates.
Please note that internet quality may be affected by location, terrain, building obstructions, number of users, and weather conditions.
Please remember to turn off data roaming for your original SIM card to avoid high roaming charges caused by using your original mobile network.
