Internet usage is subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). If excessive data is used within a short period, the carrier reserves the right to impose restrictions, which may result in temporary speed throttling or loss of connection. We recommend turning off automatic app updates and video autoplay on your phone.
To ensure fair network access for all users at all times, every carrier has its own Fair Usage Policy to monitor data consumption. If a user consumes excessive data in a busy area within a short period, causing service disruption for others, the carrier may impose temporary speed throttling. We cannot intervene in this process, and your mobile data may be temporarily affected. To ensure stable usage, please avoid activities that consume large amounts of data, such as watching videos for extended periods or updating software.
Please note that Internet quality may be affected by location, terrain, building obstructions, number of users, and weather conditions.
Remember to turn off data roaming for your original SIM card to avoid high roaming charges from your home carrier.
