- Important Notes
- iPhones purchased in China do not support eSIM. For iPhones purchased in Hong Kong and Macau, only iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE2, and iPhone XS support eSIM; other models do not. Please confirm the place of purchase before booking.
- Samsung S20 Series, Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Series, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G, Samsung Note 20 Ultra, and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 purchased in the United States do not support eSIM.
- Samsung Note 20 Ultra and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 purchased in Hong Kong do not support eSIM.
- Samsung Note 20 purchased in South Korea does not support eSIM.
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 has eSIM functionality, but it is unstable, so we do not recommend purchasing it.

- Please check if your phone model is compatible with this product. No refunds will be provided if the product cannot be used due to failure to verify compatibility.
- Samsung phones vary by region; please check the list of countries that support eSIM before purchasing here.
- iOS 12.1 or later is required. iPhones sold in China do not support eSIM. Some iPhones sold in Hong Kong and Macau do not support eSIM.
Reminders
Each QR code can only be scanned once by one device. Once bound, do not change or delete the eSIM.
To stop using the service, go to your phone's eSIM settings and tap Remove Mobile Plan at the bottom.
Internet usage is subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). If data usage spikes due to excessive consumption in a short period, the carrier reserves the right to manage traffic, which may result in temporary speed throttling or disconnection. It is recommended to disable automatic app updates and video autoplay on your device.
To ensure fair network access for all users at all times, every carrier has its own Fair Usage Policy. When a user consumes excessive data in a busy area within a short period, causing service disruption for others, the carrier may implement temporary speed throttling. We cannot intervene in this process, and your mobile data may be temporarily affected. To ensure smooth usage, please avoid activities that consume large amounts of data, such as streaming videos for long periods or updating software.
Please be aware that signal quality may be affected by location, terrain, building obstruction, number of users, and weather conditions.
Remember to turn off data roaming for your original SIM card to avoid high roaming charges from your home carrier.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
