Product Info

The adventure begins with a visit to a traditional market, where, alongside a professional chef, you'll discover the fresh ingredients used in preparing Peruvian ceviche. You'll observe the selection of fish, limes, chili peppers, and other typical products while learning about northern Peruvian cuisine and its secrets.

Next, we'll visit a local restaurant, where you'll participate step-by-step in preparing authentic Peruvian ceviche. Our chef will teach you traditional techniques, the perfect combination of flavors, and the history behind this iconic Peruvian dish.

Finally, you'll enjoy a delicious tasting, prepared by you, in a pleasant atmosphere with personalized attention throughout the tour.
