Prepare dishes like the famous tzatziki, greek salad, stifado and learn how to work with charcoal fire on your own grill at your station where you prepare eggplant, peppers & meats.

Taste and eat while you prepare and cook but the real highlight is when you sit at the set table that was designed to show you the nostalgia of the past and the connection of food while eating family style together.
