Product Info

Explore the heart of Italian cuisine in a lively cooking class held inside a historic culinary school in central Verona. Step into a welcoming, professional kitchen where fresh ingredients, tradition, and plenty of fun come together.

Your culinary experience begins with simple techniques that highlight Italy’s love for quality ingredients. Guided by expert chefs who make every step engaging and easy to follow, you’ll prepare a complete traditional menu: fresh pasta, tomato sauce, risotto and, the king of Italian dessert, the tiramisù.

Knead and shape fresh pasta, stir a creamy risotto made with local rice, and whip up a delicious tiramisù, learning the secrets behind each iconic recipe. The atmosphere is relaxed and social, making it easy to learn, laugh, and enjoy the experience.

By the end of your class, we're sure you’ll feel confident recreating authentic Italian dishes at home! And to keep the inspiration going, you’ll receive a complimentary recipe book filled with many Italian dishes you can prepare at home.
