Sweet Hands, Sweet Jams in Valle Gargassa in Rossiglione (GE)｜Italy

From the selection of ingredients to the preparation of jams, juices, or preserves, participants get their hands dirty (or rather, their hands on fruit!) to experience artisanal processes up close and rediscover the authentic flavors of tradition. This experience will take place in a charming location, surrounded by lush green nature, where time seems to slow down. Surrounded by fruit trees, flowers, and the scent of the countryside, the workshop also promotes sustainability by using seasonal fruits and reducing waste. In a collaborative environment, teamwork skills are developed and the values of culinary tradition and innovation are appreciated. To end on a high note, we will taste the fruits of our labor together.
