The tour fee includes the local driver, a fluent Chinese-speaking guide and their tips, and round-trip transportation for the itinerary.

Pricing policy: Children aged 2-5 are charged at the child rate (hotel bed not included). Those aged 6 and above are charged at the adult rate. Infants under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Each departure group is limited to 1 free spot and 2 child spots.)

A minimum of 15 people is required for the tour to depart. If the minimum number is not met, we will notify you 3 business days before the departure date to arrange an alternative date.

Important Notes

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 5 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying the rest of the itinerary, we will not wait for latecomers. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.

The ripeness, size, and sweetness of the fruit depend on weather and other objective conditions. We cannot guarantee the quality, and guests may not use fruit quality as a reason for complaints.

The flower viewing period may be affected by weather conditions. Once the tour is confirmed, it will proceed as scheduled regardless of the blooming status. Thank you for your understanding.

Venues may be closed or under maintenance due to unforeseen circumstances, and the decision rests with the organizer. Guests may not request compensation for this. If the restaurant is temporarily closed, fully booked, or otherwise unavailable on the day of departure, an alternative restaurant will be provided or a cash meal voucher will be issued.

Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. When considering participating in any activities included or provided during the tour, you must assess whether you are suitable to participate based on your own health and abilities.

Special Arrangements

The daily itinerary may be adjusted based on weather, traffic, and other unforeseen conditions on the day.

The tour will proceed as scheduled in the event of rain.

In the event of an accident due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances resulting in physical injury or death, our staff and related personnel are only obligated to provide full assistance. The company and its members shall not be held liable for any damages or casualties.

Please note that the roles of the guide and the driver-cum-tour leader in Japan are different.

For groups of 10 or more, a fluent Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking guide will accompany the tour.

(The guide will provide commentary in both Cantonese and Mandarin; specific language requests cannot be guaranteed, and arrangements on the day will prevail.)

(For groups of 10 or fewer, only a driver-cum-tour leader will accompany the tour. The driver-cum-tour leader is only responsible for the itinerary and time management.)
