We are ARCTIC DUCHESS ADVENTURES

Water shuttle services included

1-hour 45-minute experience

Must be at least 18 years old or 16 years old accompanied by an adult.

No outside food or drink allowed for communal sessions.

Towel, shoes, water and light snacks are provided

Feel free to bring your own canoe, kayaks or paddle boards to our facility!

**Our Saunas are now heated by the oldest rocks on earth the legendary Acasta Gneiss from the NWT's high Arctic! This ancient stone infuses our saunas with a unique energy, adding depth to your self-care experience.**

Book Canada's most northern floating wellness facility! Our Facility boasts over 1,500 sqft of deck space, 2 large capacity Saunas, relaxation areas, lake plunges and more! Toilets and Changing rooms available.

Please be advised that our sauna facilities are designed for heat and water exposure experiences. We have 2 outdoor showers but for a full wash we recommend using shower facilities elsewhere if needed.

  • Know Before You Go: Our location is directly across from the Yvonne Quick Heritage Wharf in Old Town. If using your own water craft you can use the multiple loading and off loading sites in Old Town to get on the water and access our barge. If booking a shuttle we will pick you up at the Old Town Public Boat Launch in Old Town located at the intersection of Macdonald Drive and Franklin Ave. This location is directly across from Bullocks Bistro. Pickups happen 5 minutes before start time.
