If the weather does not allow us to run the sled ride at all, we will offer you a partial refund. The rest of the tour will be held as normal；Know Before You Go: The sled ride has a strict weight limit to ensure our reindeer stay safe and healthy；Know Before You Go: Please consider during your booking process that if you weigh more than 110 kg, you will not be allowed on the sled ride；Know Before You Go: You are welcome to reach our camp with your own transport if you are comfortable driving in icy conditions.
