Discover the true essence of Switzerland on one of the most scenic railway journeys in the world — combining historic charm, dramatic alpine landscapes, and the freedom to explore at your own pace.
Your day begins with a private pickup from your hotel in Lucerne. Before boarding the train, enjoy a curated walk through the charming old town, where medieval streets, lakeside views, and iconic landmarks set the perfect tone for the adventure ahead.
From Lucerne, board the panoramic train for a direct journey to Interlaken. This experience includes a one-way panoramic train journey. Over approximately two hours, the train glides through breathtaking mountain passes, past waterfalls, deep valleys, and alongside crystal-clear alpine lakes. Large panoramic windows ensure uninterrupted views throughout the journey — this is not transportation, it is an experience.
Upon arrival in Interlaken, you’ll enter the heart of the legendary Jungfrau Region, one of the most spectacular alpine areas in Europe.
From here, the day becomes flexible and personalized.
You may choose to:
• Stroll through Interlaken’s elegant promenade with open views toward the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau peaks
• Explore the fairytale village of Lauterbrunnen, famous for its towering cliffs and waterfalls
• Visit the charming lakeside village of Brienz
• Or simply enjoy time at leisure — cafés, viewpoints, local boutiques, and alpine atmosphere
Unlike rushed group tours, this experience allows time to breathe, walk, photograph, and truly absorb the Swiss Alps.
After a full day immersed in mountain scenery and authentic villages, your driver will bring you back comfortably to Lucerne by private vehicle, ensuring a smooth and relaxing return to your original starting point.
Important note: The panoramic train journey included in this experience is a one-way journey (Lucerne to Interlaken). If guests prefer to return by train, this can be arranged independently at their own expense.
