Begin your day with a pickup from your hotel in Samarkand and head to the Uzbekistan-Tajikistan border. After crossing the border on foot, meet your Tajik driver/guide and begin your journey toward Panjakent.

Begin your exploration with a visit to the lively Panjakent Bazaar. Wander through colorful stalls filled with fresh fruits, spices, nuts, and traditional products. This is an excellent opportunity to experience daily life, local flavors, and the hospitality of Tajik people.

Continue your scenic drive into the foothills of the mountains toward Voru Village, a peaceful and traditional settlement tucked away from the main tourist routes. Surrounded by orchards, hills, and mountain streams, Voru offers a glimpse into a slower and more authentic way of life.

Upon arrival, enjoy time to walk through the village and observe traditional houses and daily routines. Meet local residents and learn about their lifestyle. Explore the surrounding nature with a light optional walk/hike (1–2 hours) through orchards and nearby hills. Relax in a quiet mountain setting far from the crowds.
