Product Info

Rock climbing brings together adrenaline, strength, and balance in a way few other sports can. This guided session takes place at one of three striking locations around Baku — Bibiheybet Rocks, Kuhul Mountain, or Nardaran Rocks — each offering its own character, from sweeping coastal views to routes tied to old local legends.

Your session begins with an assembly at the meeting point, followed by a short drive or walk to the climbing area. A certified instructor then leads a detailed safety briefing before the climbing itself begins, guiding you through both ascents and controlled descents at a pace suited to your comfort level, whether it's your first time on a rock face or not.

After climbing, many groups continue on to visit a nearby mud volcano — one of Azerbaijan's most unusual natural landmarks. Walking among the low, bubbling craters and grey mud formations feels almost otherworldly, offering a striking contrast to the rock faces you've just climbed. It's a rare geological phenomenon found in only a handful of places on Earth, and Azerbaijan is home to more mud volcanoes than almost anywhere else in the world.

The day combines physical challenge with genuine natural curiosity — climbing real rock under expert supervision, then standing in a landscape that looks like nothing else nearby.
