You’ll travel south on National Route 3, with a stop in the town of Trelew to visit a life-size replica of the largest dinosaur ever discovered: the Patagotitan Mayorum. There, your guide will give you a brief introduction to the history of dinosaurs in Patagonia.

After traveling approximately 170 to 180 km across the vast Patagonian steppe, you’ll arrive at the reserve. Visit the Interpretation Center to learn about the penguins’ life cycle and their natural habitat. Next, stroll among the penguins along a 1.5-km trail and wooden walkways. Observe these charming animals up close as they build their nests, interact with one another, and raise their chicks in their natural habitat.

During the excursion, you’ll also have the chance to see native wildlife such as guanacos, rheas (choiques), maras, and a wide variety of bird species that coexist peacefully with the penguins.
