Explore Bonaire's most complete private island tour, covering all four corners of the island: well-known highlights, quiet and unique places, and off-the-beaten-track spots. Travel in a clean, comfortable, air-conditioned truck for 6.5 hours, with a private guide who sets the day's route around your preferred lunch time.
Depending on when you would like to have lunch, your guide follows one of two routes, weaving hidden spots in throughout:
- South, then North, then lunch, then Washikemba and the East Coast (later lunch), or
- South, then Washikemba and the East Coast, then lunch, then North (earlier lunch)
At every stop you decide how long you would like to stay, and whether you would like to step out and explore on foot or take in the view from the comfort of the truck. Stopping is possible almost anywhere along the route, so you set both the pace and the style of the day within the overall 6.5-hour timeframe.
South: Seru Largu Viewpoint, mangroves, Lac Bay Lagoon, Sorobon, Pekelmeer Flamingo Sanctuary, Willemstoren Lighthouse, Slave Huts, Pink Beach, Pink Lakes, Salt Pier, and the Salt Pyramids, plus hidden gems including Bachelor's Beach, Kite Beach, Shete Kolo driftwood art, and vibrant street art.
North: Queen's Highway, 1000 Steps, Plantation House Karpata, Rei Willem Alexander Marine Reserve, Lake Goto, Dos Pos, and Rincon, plus hidden gems including an adventurous cave, Love Bridge, Devil's Mouth, ancient rock art, and a cactus forest.
Washikemba and the East Coast: the tranquil, unspoiled kunuku landscape, moonlike terrain, the Washikemba Blowhole, Inlet Boka Washikemba, the Longest Tree of Bonaire, and the abandoned Plantation House Washikemba.
Along the way, enjoy fresh fruit, snacks, and drinks, plus a full lunch at a scenic location. Use provided binoculars to spot birds and iguanas up close, and receive complimentary close-up photos taken by your guide, who shares background stories on nature, history, geology, and culture throughout the day.
