La Paz is a destination like few others in the world, thanks to various factors such as its elevation of between 3,500 and 4,000 meters, its location in a deep canyon that offers fantastic city views from its viewpoints, the nearby accessible snow-capped peaks, and the cultural traditions of the Aymara and Quechua communities.

Visit Plaza Principal Murillo, Plaza San Pedro (where you will learn about the history of our infamous San Pedro Prison), Plaza Alonzo de Mendoza, San Francisco Church, the Witches' Market, the local markets, and our beautiful and haunted Calle Jaén. We meet daily at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM at the entrance to the church in San Francisco Square.
