Begin your day with a convenient hotel pickup and head to the entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Start your adventure at Yuanjiajie, where you’ll see the real-life inspiration for Avatar’s floating mountains. Take in the views of the No.1 Bridge and the glass walkway.

Next, ride the world’s tallest outdoor elevator, the Bailong Elevator, which takes you 326 meters up to the top of the mountain. Continue to Yangjiajie, a hidden gem with fewer crowds and stunning natural scenery.

Stop for an authentic Hunan lunch at a local restaurant, complete with mineral water. After lunch, take a cable car up to Tianzi Mountain, where you’ll see the Imperial Brush Peak, Tianzi Pavilion, and Yunqing Rock.

Then, take a train or walk through the Ten-Mile Gallery, a beautiful canyon with unique rock formations. Finally, stroll along the Golden Whip Stream, a peaceful forest path and filming location for Journey to the West.

After a full day of exploring, relax on the drive back to your hotel.
