Child Pricing Policy:
Children under 3 years old can participate for free if they sit on an adult's lap and do not occupy a seat.
Children aged 3 and above are charged the same price as adults and must occupy a seat.
Luggage Policy:
This is a one-day tour; we recommend that passengers avoid bringing luggage.

In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 12:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
This is a fixed-route shared service; you may be traveling with other passengers. Please return to the vehicle on time according to the schedule and follow the driver/guide's instructions regarding stay durations at each location.
No refunds will be provided if you are unable to participate in the tour due to personal reasons, lateness, or other factors, or if you leave the tour midway.
If a traveler leaves the tour midway, it will be considered as voluntarily abandoning the rest of the itinerary, and no refunds will be provided. Any personal safety or property losses resulting from this will be the responsibility of the traveler.
Actual itinerary times may be adjusted or delayed due to traffic conditions, weather, festivals, crowds, or other force majeure events. The driver/guide will adjust the schedule as needed based on the day's situation; we appreciate your understanding.
If there are fewer participants on the day, a smaller vehicle will be arranged, and the driver will also serve as the tour leader.
This is a shared tour product; we cannot accommodate individual requests for extra stops or itinerary changes outside of the planned schedule.
During weekends, Japanese national holidays, and peak travel seasons, traffic congestion or large crowds may cause delays. The driver/guide will adjust the itinerary based on actual conditions; we recommend that travelers allow for sufficient time and flexibility.
