Vehicle type: Arranged according to the number of participants. For small groups, a driver-guide will provide full travel services without an additional tour leader or guide. Some driver-guides may use translation software to communicate with travelers; please take note of this before booking. This is a shared tour, and you will be traveling with other passengers. Please adhere to the designated stay duration at each attraction and cooperate with the tour leader or driver-guide. Small groups of 7–14 people will be accompanied by a driver-guide who will not accompany guests inside the attractions; bus tours of 15–49 people will be provided with a dedicated tour guide. Actual arrangements will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day.
This tour includes a complimentary ticket to the 'light show', which is not calculated as part of the tour fee. If the visit is not possible due to weather, traffic control, temporary closure of the attraction, government announcements, force majeure, or adjustments made by the travel agency based on actual conditions, or if the traveler chooses not to participate for personal reasons, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of the complimentary item. No refunds, cash equivalents, or other forms of compensation will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
If the tour is cancelled due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government orders, mechanical failure, traffic accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control) before departure, we will provide a full refund of the tour fee. If the tour is terminated on the day of departure or during the trip due to the aforementioned reasons, the remaining tour fee will be refunded after deducting the expenses already incurred. No additional compensation claims will be accepted in such cases, and any other losses or additional expenses incurred must be borne by the traveler. Please be aware that the return time may be delayed due to objective factors such as road conditions and weather, especially during holidays when traffic congestion is more likely. We will flexibly adjust the itinerary based on actual conditions, and the return time may be later than expected. If you have a night flight or subsequent plans on the same day, we recommend allowing sufficient time to avoid any impact on your arrangements. Please note that no refunds or compensation will be provided for delays. Travelers with flights to catch are advised to carefully evaluate their schedule before booking or make appropriate alternative arrangements.
The bus is based on one seat per person to ensure the comfort and safety of every traveler. Seat selection is not available in advance. Depending on the actual number of bookings on the day, travelers of different genders may be seated next to each other; we appreciate your understanding. According to local Japanese regulations, children aged 3 and older must occupy a seat, so children aged 3 and older must pay the same fee as adults to join the tour. If you are traveling with children, please be sure to inform customer service when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance and do not pay the relevant fees, and the vehicle becomes overloaded due to children boarding on the day of the tour, the tour guide has the right to refuse the child and the accompanying parent from boarding to comply with local regulations and ensure the safety of all travelers. In this case, our company will not be held responsible, and paid fees will not be refunded. Any related additional losses must be borne by the traveler; we appreciate your cooperation.
Minors under 18 and children must be accompanied by an adult with full civil capacity to join the tour. To ensure your safety and protect the rights of other group members, if you have chronic illnesses, mobility issues, or other special health conditions, please proactively and truthfully inform us when booking so that our company can make relevant arrangements and provide assistance in advance. Any costs incurred for providing special assistance due to personal reasons must be borne by the traveler.

The return time is for reference only. The actual arrival time may be earlier due to a smooth itinerary and good road conditions, or it may be delayed due to traffic conditions or other force majeure factors. Due to road conditions, traffic congestion may occur during the trip, causing the driver's working hours to exceed the limit. If this happens, to comply with relevant regulations, the itinerary will be adjusted to end at the nearest location in Shinjuku or Tokyo Station, and we will not continue to the next stop. If you need to catch a night flight or connect to a subsequent itinerary on the same day, we recommend leaving sufficient time to avoid affecting your travel plans.
