Eating and drinking (including hydration) are not permitted inside the exhibition rooms. Please keep plastic bottles and water bottles inside your bags. If you need to breastfeed, provide baby food, or hydrate for health reasons, please consult with staff.

Smoking, including the use of heated tobacco products, is prohibited inside Gallery AaMo. Please check here for the main smoking areas in Tokyo Dome City.

Strollers are permitted, but there is no designated stroller parking area.

Please note that this event may be filmed or photographed for promotional or news purposes, and you may appear in the background of such materials.

Any behavior that inconveniences other guests or interferes with facility operations within the building or premises is strictly prohibited. If you do not cooperate with staff instructions, you may be denied entry or asked to leave.

The Fluffy Wonder Cinnamoroll Park Executive Committee and its affiliates are not responsible for any accidents caused by guest negligence.

The following items are prohibited inside the venue: fire, hazardous materials, items with strong odors, large luggage (suitcases, carry-ons, etc.), long items such as selfie sticks or tripods, items that may damage exhibits, and any other items deemed by staff to be a nuisance or a safety risk.

If you require medical equipment, please consult with the venue staff.

Re-entry is not permitted. Additionally, you cannot return to the attraction area from the merchandise shop.

Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a guardian of junior high school age or older. Pets are not allowed (except for guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs).

To prevent accidents and avoid inconveniencing local residents, waiting outside the venue from the previous day or early morning, including overnight stays, is strictly prohibited. The organizers are not responsible for any accidents or trouble caused by overnight or early morning arrivals.

You cannot enter the venue until the opening time. Please refrain from saving spots with luggage or sheets, or having others wait on your behalf.

If you must leave the queue or your spot, please inform those around you to prevent trouble.

When taking photos, please hold your smartphone or tablet by hand. For safety reasons, please do not place them on the floor or prop them up with your bags.

Photography or publication for commercial purposes, copyright infringement, defamation, or any photography that inconveniences other guests is prohibited.

When posting photos or videos on social media, please respect the privacy of other guests and staff by blurring faces or taking other measures to ensure individuals cannot be identified if they appear in your content.

Live streaming and photography inside restrooms are prohibited at this event.

Even for items not listed, staff may request that you stop any behavior deemed annoying or dangerous. Failure to cooperate may result in being denied entry or asked to leave.

The merchandise shop is only available to guests who have entered the event. Each person is limited to one transaction.

Resale of products or listing them on auction sites is strictly prohibited. If we determine that items are being purchased for resale, we may speak to you or refuse the sale.
