Admission and Experience Restrictions
- For tickets purchased via promotional offers, relevant identification must be presented upon entry. If you fail to provide such identification or do not meet the requirements, the ticket will be considered invalid and entry will be denied.
- Individuals under 120 cm in height are not permitted to participate in this activity; children aged 7 to 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who has purchased a ticket.
- Individuals aged 70 and over, pregnant women over 6 months, and persons with disabilities must be accompanied by another person who has purchased a ticket for entry.
- For your safety, the following individuals are advised not to participate: those with high blood pressure, neck/spine/heart conditions, asthma, epilepsy, acrophobia/claustrophobia, those who have recently undergone major surgery, or those who are feeling unwell or intoxicated.
On-site and Other Regulations
- For safety reasons, those using crutches or with limited mobility must use a wheelchair during the experience and be assisted by a companion. Wheelchairs are available for loan at the venue in limited quantities; on-site staff cannot assist with pushing wheelchairs.
- Other ticketing regulations or consumer disputes shall be handled in accordance with the 'Standardized Contract for Cultural and Art Exhibition Tickets' promulgated by the Ministry of Culture.
- Exhibition regulations are subject to on-site announcements. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to amend, supplement, modify, or terminate this activity at any time. For further information, please check the official fan page.

Must include at least 1 adult + at least 1 child (a maximum of 4 people per group can enjoy this discounted price, e.g., 1 adult and 3 children, 2 adults and 2 children, 3 adults and 1 child).
Child eligibility: Aged 7–12 and at least 120 cm in height; National Health Insurance card must be presented for verification on-site.
Purchase example: 3 children + 6 adults (total 9 people) can purchase 9 Family Package tickets directly; 2 children + 8 adults (total 10 people) can purchase 8 Family Package tickets and must purchase 2 additional General Admission tickets.
Reminders
This activity requires online ticket purchase and session reservation; tickets are valid for one-time entry only. Please enter during the specified session time. Expired tickets are void and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Once the ticket purchase is complete, session changes cannot be made. If you need to change your session, please process a refund through the original purchase channel and purchase a new ticket.
Tickets that are lost, damaged, punched, or otherwise unidentifiable will not be accepted for refund, exchange, or replacement.
In the event of a closure announced due to force majeure (such as typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, etc.), no handling fee will be charged for refunds of tickets for that day. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, the museum reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the activity.
Once any item or gift within a package has been redeemed or used, returns and refunds will not be accepted.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
