Regarding cancellation of the event:

• No cancellation fee will be charged if the event is cancelled due to bad weather such as rain or if the horse is in poor health, but we cannot compensate for transportation expenses, etc. Thank you for your understanding.

• Horseback riding involves risks. While we provide support for safety, please take responsibility for any accidents yourself. If you do not follow our safety instructions, we may refuse your participation. In that case, no refund will be given. If you have your own helmet, please bring it with you.
