- 行程顺序： 多日游的行程以天为单位的顺序会做互换，但行程内容不变；每天的行程时间点及景点顺序仅供参考，具体以当值导游当天的安排为准。客人会提前一天收到短信，告知第二天的行程内容。
- 酒店&机场接送
*如果客人抵达当天即参加行程，需乘坐上午9:00之前到达的航班；离开需预定下午19:30之后离开的航班
*多日游如在到达当天即参加行程，提供免费接机；如在行程结束后当天离开，提供免费送机；多日游范围之外的接送机，有额外收费。
*自定酒店且酒店在市区范围内的提供免费接送；但如果酒店门口不方便停车，需自行到市中心集合点等车。

- 出行通知
在出行前一天，我司将以短信方式(限于澳洲手机号码)通知客人第二天的导游信息、车牌号及出发时间。如果客人没有澳洲澳洲号码，请提前联系我司以获取出行信息。
- 有关追光行程的说明：
塔斯马尼亚是澳洲拍摄南极光的最佳目的地之一，全年都有机会拍到极光。每年5-10月是南极光大爆发的季节慕名而来塔州的“追光者”络绎不绝。
追光团收费如下：$50/人/次；参加极光团的条件如下：
1）当日极光指数须达到5以上（此极光指数才有可能拍到极光），且天气晴朗、无云层的情况下，才组织追光行程；如果不具备以上条件，我司有权利决定是否安排追光行程；
2）由于各种原因参加了追光团但没有看到（或拍到）极光的，无退费；
3）极光发生时间在 7pm-9:30pm间会组织追光团；晚于这个时间段我司不再组织追光团；
4）当天参加追光团的人数至少为4人；
5）参加追光行程的客人，需在固定地点等车参团；结束后导游送回市区酒店；
6）追光地点由我司及当值导游安排
