Children aged 0-2 years travel free of charge and do not require a seat, but participation is not recommended. Please inform us in advance via email if you wish to participate. The driver reserves the right to refuse service if prior notification is not given and seating is insufficient; thank you for your cooperation. Children under 2 years old requiring a seat must purchase a ticket at the same price as adults and this must be noted in the remarks. Children 2 years and older pay the same price as adults. Furthermore, seniors aged 65 and above must ensure they are in good health and suitable for travel, and must be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22 or above throughout the trip.

Travelers with the following conditions or other conditions that make them unsuitable for excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: those with high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, or who are pregnant. If such conditions are concealed during registration, the consequences will be borne by the individual.

This is a shared, fixed-route tour. Customers participating in this tour are requested to adhere to the designated stop times at each attraction and follow the driver/guide's instructions. Failure to comply with the time requirements will require you to proceed to the next meeting point independently.

No refunds will be given for absences or cancellations due to personal reasons, lateness, or other reasons. No refunds will be given for those who leave the group midway through the trip. Furthermore, any consequences resulting in personal injury or property damage will be the sole responsibility of the individual.

If you require large luggage, please inform us when booking. Please keep your passport and valuables with you at all times during the trip. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Sealed light meals or unopened drinks are allowed, but eating is prohibited on the bus. Please note that if you cause stains to the bus interior, you will be required to pay according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.

Depending on the day's traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds, arrival times for each itinerary may vary, and the order of the itinerary may also be changed. As Japanese regulations stipulate that vehicle use cannot exceed 10 hours, please understand that if there are traffic jams on holidays or due to force majeure, the itinerary may be delayed, canceled, or the number of attractions reduced. No refunds can be requested on this basis.

Vehicle type: Vehicles will be assigned based on the number of passengers. For groups of fewer than 12, we will use vehicles with 14 seats or less, with only a driver and no tour guide. For groups of more than 12, we will arrange one driver and one tour guide. Please be aware that this is a shared ride service; other guests will be traveling with you.

The tour guide will recommend lunch and local Japanese specialties, including local cuisine, ice cream, horse oil, and other products. There is no mandatory purchase.

Traffic congestion is expected during holidays, weekends, or important Japanese holidays. Delays of 2-5 hours may occur, so we recommend adjusting your evening travel plans accordingly.

The day trip itinerary does not include personal travel insurance and personal accident insurance. Please purchase these separately if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers; please assess your own health and abilities.
