Please read the precautions carefully before purchasing tickets. Successful ticket purchase signifies acceptance of the following activity precautions: According to Article 6, "Refund and Exchange Mechanism," of the Ministry of Culture's "Standardized Contract for Arts and Cultural Performance Tickets," there are four refund and exchange policies. This program adopts Policy 2: Consumers can request a refund or exchange within 3 days of purchasing the ticket (excluding the purchase date). Refund and exchange requests will not be accepted after the 4th day after purchase. For example, if tickets are purchased on August 20, 2026, the refund deadline is August 23, 2026. Refund requests submitted on or after August 24, 2026, will not be accepted. The refund deadlines for other dates follow the same pattern.

For ticket refunds due to personal reasons, a handling fee of 5% of the ticket price will be charged per ticket.

Eligibility for the draw is open to all ticket holders who completed payment before 23:59 on August 26, 2026, and whose tickets have not been refunded. The list of fan benefit winners will be announced on August 31, 2026.

Selection Mechanism: The welfare selection process is conducted entirely by random selection by the system.

Since the winners of the welfare prizes cannot be repeated, if the actual number of ticket sales is less than the number of welfare prizes available, there may be a shortage of prizes for some prizes. We appreciate your understanding and forgiveness.

The use of professional cameras for taking photos, videos, live streaming, and recording is prohibited at the event. Violators must leave the venue as instructed by staff.

No metal, glass, laser pointers, fireworks, or any dangerous items are allowed inside the venue, and smoking, chewing betel nuts, and drinking alcohol are also prohibited.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the audience area.

According to the venue's regulations, staff may prohibit those who do not comply with the regulations from entering or forcibly remove them from the venue.

Please be sure to check the organizer's official website and social media pages for entry regulations, fan benefits, and other relevant information before the performance date to avoid any infringement of your rights. Failure to check in within the announced entry or benefit queue time will be considered as a waiver of your queue number or benefit rights.

Live streaming, broadcasting, and recording in any form are strictly prohibited during the performance. Professional cameras (including SLRs, mirrorless cameras, and telephoto lenses), camera tripods, selfie sticks, external lenses, tablets (such as iPads), and any audio or video recording devices are prohibited.

Gifts, letters, bouquets, and flower baskets of any kind are not permitted at the event. For the safety of the artists and the event staff, throwing any items (including dolls and personal gifts) onto the stage is strictly prohibited, and the organizer will not provide any forwarding services.

Homemade support items (such as light boards, billboards, and banners) must not exceed A3 size (42cm x 29.7cm). Do not hold them above your head to avoid obstructing the view of those behind you.

Laser pointers, whistles, cheering sticks, light-up balloons, LED signs, and any other light-emitting objects that may make noise or obstruct the view of others are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue.

Eating and drinking (except bottled water), pets, long-handled umbrellas, and dangerous items are prohibited inside the venue. Suitcases larger than 20 inches and large backpacks are strictly prohibited. No luggage storage service is available on-site; please keep your valuables with you at all times.

Please be sure to sit in your assigned seat. Standing on chairs, running, crossing railings, or changing seats arbitrarily is strictly prohibited. Those who refuse to comply with warnings will be asked to leave by the organizers.

Lost tickets will not be reissued. Proof of loss will not be accepted for entry; please keep your tickets safe.

Without authorization from the organizer, it is strictly forbidden to set up booths, distribute unofficial support items, promotional materials, or post any posters inside or outside the venue.

The relevant regulations are subject to the latest announcement on the official fan page of the organizer. Dabu Integrated Marketing reserves the right to modify, change, or terminate the event content and has the final right of interpretation.
