- We will send the final notification email to the email address you provided when booking around noon the day before the activity, including important information such as pick-up time and meeting time. If you do not receive the email before 13:00, please be sure to contact us before 17:00. Hotel pick-up service (only for designated hotels) requires advance reservation.
- If you need pick-up service, please make a reservation 2 days before the event.
- We will inform you of the pick-up time in the final event confirmation email one day before the event.
- For safety reasons, you will not be able to participate in the event if:
- Those who have had epilepsy or lost consciousness
- Hyperventilation syndrome patients
- Pregnant or potentially pregnant
- Hangover or drinking
- Patients with respiratory or circulatory system diseases (must provide a doctor's diagnosis certificate)

As this activity is greatly affected by sea conditions, we will provide the latest activity status via email one day before the activity. Please be sure to check your email before 13:00 the day before the event. If you do not receive the email, please contact us.
As our staff work in shifts, we cannot guarantee that there will be Chinese-speaking staff or coaches on that day. If there are no Chinese-speaking staff on the day, important matters will be explained using materials with Chinese content, so please feel free to attend.
Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. No refund will be given if you are unable to participate in the activity due to lateness.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
