Purchase Notice
- Each ticket is redeemable for one lantern. Up to 4 people can enter the launch area per lantern.
- While admission and viewing are free, a ticket is required to participate in the lantern launch.
- Please present your KKday QR code at the reception to redeem your lantern. Ensure your smartphone is fully charged.
- The lanterns are LED-based and do not use fire. Please do not cut the strings and follow staff instructions for launching and retrieving them.
- The lantern launch is scheduled for 18:30. Late arrivals may not be able to participate.
- Minors and children must be accompanied by a guardian and should be supervised at all times within the venue.
- The event may be changed or cancelled due to weather, strong winds, or other safety concerns. Please check the official website for the latest updates.
- To help reduce congestion, please use public transportation whenever possible.
- Cancellations or changes by the customer after purchase are not permitted.
- The event may be cancelled in the event of severe weather such as strong winds, heavy rain, or lightning.
- Decisions regarding cancellation due to strong winds may be made just before the event starts.
- No compensation will be provided for cancellations due to bad weather. We appreciate your understanding, especially if you are traveling from afar.
