Regarding the Canopy Zipline at Zhuhu Mountain Residence's Oak View Hill
*All areas of the park are fully insured with "Fubon Property Insurance Public Accident Liability Insurance", with a maximum compensation of NT$60 million. "Canopy Zipline" is a facility with inherent risks. Failure to follow staff instructions and facility rules may result in serious accidents.
- The 500-meter zipline has a weight limit of 20 kg to 85 kg.
- The 900-meter zipline has a weight limit of 40 kg to 120 kg.
- Weight limits may vary depending on the circumstances of the day.
- Children weighing less than 40 kg can glide with adults (up to 900 meters).
- Even if the above requirements are met, people who are not suitable for wearing safety equipment will not be allowed to participate.
- This service is not available to people who have consumed alcohol or are pregnant.
Reminders
People with heart disease, neck or back problems, or poor health should inform staff before using the facilities.
Please do not wear skirts, high heels, or shoes that are easy to slip off during the experience.
If your hair is past your shoulders, please tie it into a low ponytail beforehand to avoid affecting the wearing of your equipment.
Please remove hair accessories, shawls, and decorative items (sharp or long objects) beforehand.
Please do not bring valuable jewelry, metal objects, etc., and please make sure to check and empty your pockets. You will be responsible for any items lost during the gliding process.
No luggage is allowed during the experience. Please place all your luggage as instructed by the staff.

If you cancel your participation due to personal reasons, we will not provide a refund.
The activity may be cancelled due to weather conditions (wind, lightning, etc.), and a refund will be issued.

Those who accompany guests but do not participate in the zipline experience will still be charged NT$900 per person for non-staying guests (NT$600 per person for groups of 4 or more) and NT$600 per person for staying guests for the Oak View Hill Eco-guided Tour.
