Surcharge(s)
From the second one onwards, it's a baby car seat/child car seat.
The first infant or child seat is provided free of charge. For each additional seat, an extra 2,000 yen will be charged, payable in cash to the driver on the same day. Please indicate the required quantity when placing your order.
Overtime fee
The daily usage time is limited to 10 hours. Additional overtime fees will apply for any time exceeding this limit, payable in cash to the driver on the same day.
7-10 seater: 5,000 yen per hour. Overtime exceeding 10 minutes is charged as half an hour, and overtime exceeding half an hour is charged as a full hour.
14 seater: 6,000 yen per hour. Overtime exceeding 10 minutes is charged as half an hour, and overtime exceeding half an hour is charged as a full hour.
Cleaning costs
If a passenger causes serious damage to the vehicle during their ride (such as vomiting, odor, or other situations that are difficult to clean), a cleaning fee will be charged at the discretion of the vehicle based on the actual situation.
Reminders
A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 2 day(s) before departure (local time 08:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

To facilitate driver contact and protect your rights, please be sure to check your KKday message after placing your order.
If the chartered time on the day of travel exceeds the time originally confirmed during the consultation (including traffic conditions such as traffic jams), an additional overtime fee must be paid to the driver on-site.
On the day of your trip, to ensure a smoother journey, the driver will suggest a return time based on current traffic conditions and may adjust the order of attractions. Please be aware of this.
If you need to make any changes to your itinerary, please submit your request at least 24 hours before departure, otherwise it may be difficult to process.
