This tour is primarily a local tour for Japanese tourists. While the tour guide will communicate in Japanese, necessary information will be provided in written form in English and Chinese. In case of emergencies, translation apps on tablet devices will be used.

At the meeting point, a staff member will be waiting for you holding a "Hankyu Travel" sign (board or flag). Please confirm the course name and complete the registration using the name of the group representative. Please note that registration will only be completed once all members of your group have arrived.

This tour does not include a guide. The tour conductor will manage the tour itinerary (they will not act as a sightseeing guide). Tourist information leaflets and other materials distributed by the tour conductor will generally be in Japanese.

Depending on the number of participants, you may unfortunately be seated with other passengers on the bus or at the lunch venue, either sitting in front of or behind others. We appreciate your understanding.

Children aged 6 and over pay the same price as adults. The infant fare (ages 3-5) only includes the bus seat fee. Entrance fees to tourist attractions and other attractions are the responsibility of the individual.

On the day of departure, the bus company may change due to vehicle malfunction or the driver's health (we are not liable for changes due to these reasons).

The above schedule may be subject to change due to transportation issues (buses, etc.), weather, local conditions, road conditions, etc., including the itinerary, sightseeing locations, order of visits, meal details, and return time. The meeting time is in Japan Standard Time, and punctuality is required. Even if a customer does not appear at the meeting time, neither our company nor the tour guide will contact the customer, and the tour will depart as scheduled.

The menu may change depending on the season. We are unable to accommodate individual requests for changes to the meal menu.

*The tour price includes taking home 3kg of Arita mandarins and 2kg of Fuyu persimmons, for a total of 5kg. (*1) You are guaranteed to pick at least 2 Fuyu persimmons, but the number of persimmons you can pick on the day may vary depending on the growing conditions. The total weight of persimmons you take home will be 2kg, and the variety will be either Fuyu or sweet persimmon. (*2) Mandarin picking will take place even in rainy weather, but in case of severe weather, you will be able to eat as many mandarins as you like on a plate that have been harvested in advance, and you will take home 3kg of mandarins. (*3) We will provide you with a bag for taking home the mandarins, but there is a risk of it tearing due to the weight (approximately 5kg in total). To ensure you can safely take them home, we recommend bringing your own sturdy bag.
