  • This is a Nerikiri making experience for parents and children, starting at 10:00 AM. Why not experience Japanese culture by making the traditional Japanese sweet 'Nerikiri' together with your child? In this workshop, you will create two types of adorable Nerikiri. You will mix colors, wrap the bean paste, shape the dough, and add fine details to create your very own unique work of art. A certified Nerikiri instructor will carefully guide you through each step and share tips on how to make them look beautiful. The content is easy for beginners, so parents and children with no prior experience in making Japanese sweets can participate with peace of mind. One of the highlights of this experience is the time spent consulting and helping each other to complete your creations. After finishing, you can enjoy taking photos of your work and tasting them with Japanese tea. We also provide cases for you to take your creations home. It is highly recommended for making memories, experiencing Japanese culture, or even as a hint for independent research projects. * **For those arriving by car:** There is no dedicated parking lot for the store. Please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot. Several coin-operated parking lots are located around the store. * **For those arriving by train:** Approximately a 2-minute walk from the South Exit of Jiyugaoka Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line and Tokyu Oimachi Line. Exit the South Exit and proceed straight down Marie Claire Street, keeping Tokyu Store on your left. Turn left at the end of the street, and Reroute Cafe Jiyugaoka will be immediately on your right (before the train tracks). * **For those arriving by other means:** If taking a taxi, please tell the driver "Jiyugaoka Station South Exit, Marie Claire Street" for smoother directions. If arriving by bicycle, please use a nearby paid bicycle parking area. There is no dedicated bicycle parking or car parking at the store, so we recommend using public transportation.
