The Captain will provide a cooler stocked with ice, water, and soft drinks. Tipping is customary at a minimum of 20% of the charter cost, based on your appreciation of the service.
We offer private charters in 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8-hour durations, so you can choose the perfect amount of time for your day on the water.
Charter start times & operating hours
Charter start times are coordinated with the captain based on availability. Popular time windows include 10:00–2:00 and 2:00–6:00. Your preferred start time will be requested during booking, and your exact departure time will be confirmed after purchase. Operating hours are between 9:00 AM and 12:00 midnight.
Boarding Instructions & Parking
Upon arrival, slowly enter the park and veer left. Look right to spot the boat docks and note their location. Park only in the single-car spaces (free). Do NOT park in large truck & trailer spots, you will be ticketed. After parking, walk to the docks you noted.
Parking Tips: Uber is highly recommended due to location popularity! If you insist on driving: Mon–Thu: Easier parking; Fri–Sun: Lot closes very early due to high demand.
Reservation Notice:
Please do not wait until arrival at the dock to confirm your reservation. Contact the Captain or our staff via call, text, or email to confirm all details in advance. This ensures arrangements are correct and avoids miscommunications, making your charter smooth and stress-free.
Please note: Absolutely no metal water bottles are allowed on any of our vessels.
To confirm your reservation, please provide the primary guest’s email and phone number. A calendar invite and welcome message will be sent prior to your charter.
Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to your trip. Cancellations or no-shows within 30 days of your booking will forfeit 100% of the payment.
