Know Before You Go: Your safari takes place in an open vehicle in a wild, natural environment, so please come prepared for the elements. Sun, rain, wind, dust, insects and changing temperatures are all part of the safari experience. We recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, a light jacket or warm layers, and mosquito repellent if needed. Rain protection is also advisable, particularly during the rainy season.
Know Before You Go: We provide mineral water, and blankets and hot-water bottles are available on colder drives. Rain ponchos may be available, but this cannot always be guaranteed, so please come prepared. Binoculars and cameras are recommended, as animals are free-ranging and may not always be close to the vehicle. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed, but our experienced guides use their knowledge of animal behaviour, habitats and conditions to give you the best possible opportunity to see wildlife.
Know Before You Go: You are entering a wildlife area, so please follow your guide's instructions at all times.
