Start your day with a peaceful BADU desert breakfast at sunrise or later in the morning. After an early morning pick-up, arrive at the camp where you’ll be greeted with a warm cup of Bedouin coffee or karkade.

Venture into the beautiful Makadi Bay Desert on a 30-minute camel ride. Watch the first rays of sunlight kiss the sand at sunrise, or see the sunlight reflect across the desert later in the morning. The stillness and beauty of the desert at dawn offer a rare sense of peace and connection with nature.

Back at the camp, enjoy a hearty Bedouin breakfast. The spread includes freshly baked Bedouin bread, fava beans with a variety of add-ons, Bedouin-inspired canapés with cheese and vegetables topped with tahini and black pepper, and sweet zalabia with date syrup. Along with breakfast, traditional Bedouin tea and coffee will be served.

Engage in hands-on activities such as bread making and coffee brewing, getting a real feel for Bedouin traditions. A live Bedouin music performance adds to the magical morning experience.
